Weston FC is pleased to announce that Girls U8-U12 Assistant Director, Jamel Johnson, will be taking on the role of Director starting with the 2022-2023 season. Jamel is a former USA and Jamaica national youth team player and was a standout player at UNC Greensboro. Jamel played professionally in Denmark, Austria and Mexico. Jamel has coached girls soccer at Miami Lakes United, Monsignor Edward Pace High School, and St. Thomas University before joining Weston.
We want to thank Amanda Aldridge for all of her time and dedication to Weston FC these past four years and wish her the best in the future. Amanda will be leaving us at the end of the season and she has been a great asset to our program both in overseeing our U8-U12 teams and in establishing the Girls Future Premier which has been a great success.
