Coaching Highlights:
Experience coaching in State Cup, Region Cup, Super Y League, National Premier League and numerous college showcases such as CASL, WAGS, Disney, and the Orange Classic. Weston F.C. 94/95 Girls Premier team won the 2008 Region III President’s Cup. Head Coach of the Archbishop McCarthy girls varsity team and has received severalcoaching awards including, Sun Sentinel Coach of the Year (twice), Miami Herald Coach of the Year, Florida Athletic Coaches Association Coach of the Year, and the Florida Athletic Coaches Association “100 Wins Honor”.

Personal:
25 years with the Pembroke Pines Fire Department and retired as a Battalion Chief in 2013, earned degrees in Fire Science and Emergency Medicine in addition to being a CPR Instructor. Currently works as the school medic at Archbishop McCarthy High School

Weston FC is proud to have assembled an elite group of coaches comprising the Girls coaching staff. This technical team is led by Marcelo Neveleff, Technical Director and Director of the USDA, Victor Pastora, Assistant Technical Director. WFC has experience at the Olympic, Professional, NCAA, Regional ODP and State level. The WFC staff includes coaches who hold their USSF “A”, “B”, “C”, and “D” National licenses, State D & E licenses, National Youth licenses, and many others who have been awarded the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. Under the direction of Marcelo and Victor, Tim Miller (DOC U8-U12), Judah Cooks (U13-U15), and Marcelo Valdivia (U16-U18) enable WFC teams to compete in Premier Divisions in SFUYSA, State Leagues, Region Leagues and in nationally recognized tournaments throughout the country. These include Atlanta Cup, CASL Shootout and Showcase, Las Vegas Showcase, Orange Classic, Texas Shootout, and WAGS. Our female athletes are strongly encouraged to participate in ODP and ID2, as the club looks to expand their soccer experiences.

As our players and families make decisions that will affect the rest of their lives, our aim is to utilize the extensive knowledge and insight our staff possesses to assist players with their future decisions. Providing continuing education for players and parents is fundamental to the Club’s programming.
