Weston FC is proud to announce that Mirco Gubellini is now the Director of Player Development for the Weston Boys Premier Program. In addition to coaching an MLS Next Team, Mirco will be overseeing the technical development of all of Weston FC’s premier players and working with both players and coaches to assure all players maximize their technical abilities and understanding of the game.
We would like to welcome Kike Guijarro to Weston FC as our new Boys Premier Program Director.  Kike brings more than 20 years of experience to our Club in both coaching and leading soccer projects worldwide.

Kike holds the UEFA Pro License and USSF A License. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a Masters degree in Professional Sports.

At 22 years old, he was already part of the technical staff of Real Madrid CF Youth Academy, being one of the youngest coaches ever to join the club. In addition to Real Madrid, he has been part of distinguished Spanish soccer organizations such as Spanish FA, Rayo Vayecano SAD and CF Rayo Majadahonda.

His international experiences include Al Hilal FC (Saudi Arabia), Spanish FA International expansion in China, Confederation of African Football (CAF) with Cameroon youth National teams, Real Madrid CF international long term projects in United States and short term in Guatemala, Venezuela and United Kingdom).

Since 2008 he has been leading long term soccer projects in South Florida connected to big European brands, like Real Madrid CF and FC Barcelona. Kike played a critical role for the management companies operating the academies, Soccer Academy of the Americas and Kaptiva Sports.

Before joining Weston FC Kike was the Director of Coaching at Kaptiva Sports Academy, with venues in Barcelona and South Florida, so he is very familiar with the current US soccer market and he is ready to bring his vast knowledge and experience to Weston FC.
