Experience coaching in State Cup, Region Cup, Super Y League, National Premier League and numerous college showcases such as CASL, WAGS, Disney, and the Orange Classic. Weston F.C. 94/95 Girls Premier team won the 2008 Region III President’s Cup. Head Coach of the Archbishop McCarthy girls varsity team for the past ten years and has a record of 202-39-21 which includes 3 District Championships, 3 Regional Championships, and 1 State Championship.  Has received several coaching awards including, Sun Sentinel Coach of the Year (2011,2014,2018,2019,2020), Miami Herald Coach of the Year (2011,2018,2019,2020), Florida Dairy Farmers Coach of the Year (2019,2020), Miami Herald Broward Don Shula Girls’ Coach of the Year (2020), and the United Soccer Coaches Association “200” wins honor.

Personal:
25 years with the Pembroke Pines Fire Department and retired as a Battalion Chief in 2013, earned degrees in Fire Science and Emergency Medicine in addition to being a state certified paramedic and CPR Instructor. Currently works as the school medic at Archbishop McCarthy High School
