GIRLS LEADERSHIP TEAM
Who We Are
Weston FC’s technical team has experience at the Olympic, Professional, NCAA, Regional ODP and State level. The WFC staff includes coaches who hold their USSF “A”, “B”, “C”, & “D” National Licenses, State D & E Licenses, National Youth Licenses, and many others who have been being awarded the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
Our coaches enable WFC teams to compete in Premier Divisions in SFU, State Leagues, Region Leagues, and in nationally recognized tournaments throughout the country. These include Atlanta Cup, CASL Shootout and Showcase, Jefferson Cup, Las Vegas Showcase, Manchester Cup, and Texas Shootout.
Our female athletes are strongly encouraged to participate in high visibility tournaments and leagues, as the club looks to expand their soccer experiences. As our players and families make decisions that will affect the rest of their lives, our aim is to utilize the extensive knowledge and insight our staff possesses to assist players with their future decisions. Providing continuing education for players and parents is fundamental to the Club’s programming.

Weston FC is pleased to announce
Michelle Smith as our new Director of Coaching for our Girls Program!
Michelle is a former All-American at St. Thomas University and the Head Coach of the St. Thomas Womens Soccer team since 2006. Michelle also brings extensive experience in girls youth soccer in Florida as she was the long time Director of the Girls Program at Miami Lakes Soccer Club as well as Head Coach of their various teams since 2008. We are very excited to have Michelle lead our Girls Program and know that with her excellent reputation and experience in South Florida youth soccer, Michelle will enhance our program and take it to the next level helping to create an emerging talent pathway.
GABE RENTERIA

Weston FC is pleased to announce that Gabe Renteria has joined our Girls' Coaching Staff!
Gabe is well known throughout South Florida as one of the leading coaches in girls soccer, having coached and been a Director of Coaching in South Florida for over 10 years.
He is currently the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at St. Thomas University, Gabe's soccer camps are also highly acclaimed as the best camps for girls soccer in the area.
Gabe holds a USSF B License & United Soccer Coaches National Diploma.
We are thrilled to have Coach Gabe join our staff as a head coach and Director of Camps.
