Bologna, Italy – Weston FC faced undefeated Ajax in the prestigious IV Edition International Youth Tournament U-15.
Although Ajax dominated possession time throughout the match, Weston Fc held
the score 0-0 before going to penalties. At 4-4 in the penalties stage, the
Ajax Captain missed his shot and Weston FC just needed one more. It was not
to be that easy as they missed the next shot… Two more turns later, with
another chance for the victory, Maximo Natoli’s los shot to the right was
blocked by Ajax’s goalie! But then, the assistant ref raised his flag as the
goalie had moved prior to the kick! His next shot found its way to the
bottom left of the net for the third Weston win in 4 matches…
