Coaching Highlights:

As the Technical Director at Weston FC, Victor’s leadership role includes the development and implementation of the overall curriculum for our Premier & Academy programs for Boys. Victor’s vast experience make him a key member of Weston FC’s technical leadership. He has USSF Youth National Team Staff experience, coached professional at Miami FC and was head Talent Scout for U.S., Central America and the

Caribbean for Traffic Sports. Victor also held the position of Director of Coaching and Head Men’s Coach at Kendall SC where he brought the USSF academy program to the club after leading many teams to State Cup and National Championships through his emphasis on player development. Victor was also named South 2011 Conference Coach of the Year by the US Soccer Development Academy, last season (2013 – 2014) as head coach led our U16 Weston FC academy team to the South east division academy league championship.

Victor is married with three children; Daniela (15), Victoria (4), and Andres (1).

The Weston F.C. is a Nike Premier club where the competitive level is high. The WFC is proud that its high standards have led teams to being crowned as National, State and Region Champions.

WFC teams compete in Premier Divisions in South Florida, alongside State leagues and Nationally recognized tournaments and showcases across the country including Atlanta Cup, Dallas Cup, Disney Classic and the Raleigh Shootout. Players are strongly encouraged to particpate in ODP as the club looks to expand soccer experiences for its members. Many Weston F.C. players have graduated to go on and play NCAA Division 1 and have particpated in Regional and National Camps.

At the heart of the club’s technical staff are a team of professional coaches with collegiate, national, and international experience. The WFC staff includes coaches who hold their USSF A, B, C, D and National Youth License and the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and many others with their State D & E License.

As our players and families make decisions that will effect the rest of their lives, our aim is to utilize the extensive knowledge and insight our staff have acquired and assist in players’ futures. Parent and player education classes are held in order to give clarity to this process.
