U15/16 Academy Hosts MLS Side Chicago Fire

Weston FC’s 15/16 Academy is in the quarterfinals of the United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) playoffs. They will host MLS side Chicago Fire’s 15/16 Academy on Wednesday, July 6. Kickoff is scheduled for 5PM EST at FIU Stadium.

How

Weston FC got out of their playoff group stage, which took place last week June 20-26 in Frisco, Texas. They won one of their games and drew two. Weston FC U15/16 made the playoffs by winning the Southeast division; a feat they accomplished by a 10 point margin. Overall, Weston FC finished 4th, out of 74 teams in the country, in points per games played.

The Staff

Weston FC 15/16 Academy is coached by Victor Pastora; assistant coaches Victor Musa and Juan Carlos Michia; and sports science director Daniel Serravite. The program is overseen by Stephen Enriquez, a member of the Board of Directors and VP of USSDA and NPSL.
