Inspired by the Little League World Series, the inaugural Prospects Cup tournament — featuring 16 of the world’s best domestic and international under-12 boys soccer teams to compete for the sport’s first youth soccer world championship — will be held Dec. 18-22 in Kissimmee, Fla.
