The Weston FC Girls Program is excited to announce our plans for the 2019/20 Youth Soccer Season.
Under the direction of Technical Director and Development Academy Director, Jerome Samuels, Girls Director of Coaching, Tim Miller and U09-U12 Program Director, Amanda Aldridge, the Weston FC Girls Program has assembled a Top-Level coaching staff. In addition, we are pleased to announce the addition of a new coach who previously worked in the highly ranked and successful Weston FC Boys DA program, Sebastien Ramirez.
US Soccer Development Academy
Weston FC will once again be part of the US Soccer Girls Development Academy for the 2019/20 season. The US Soccer Girls Development Academy is the highest level of girl’s soccer in the country and boasts more US Youth National Team participants than any other league. Weston FC currently has two US Youth National Team players in our Development Academy program.

WPW Elite DPL Program
Weston FC and West Pines United are pleased to announce the formation of our joint WPW Elite DPL program. The WPW Elite program is a joint effort between both organizations and will ensure the continued growth and development of the West Broward girls soccer market. The WPW Elite DPL Program will have the Elite DPL teams. This program is open to any and all soccer players in south Florida.

WPW Elite DPL Program – Tryout Information

Development Player League – WPW Elite DPL
Beginning August 2019 our WPW Elite DPL teams will play in the Development Player League. The Development Player League (“DPL”) originally started with the US Development Academy Southwest California Clubs and has been in operation for 2 years. We are excited for our WPW Elite DPL teams to be a part of the expansion in the southeast.
By coming together with the top clubs in the country to create a calendar for Regional and National events, as well as local games in each market, we maximize college exposure, create an optimal environment for player development through meaningful competition with like-minded clubs and mandate National Standards for both Training and Games in line with US Soccer Principles. Through this vast national network of DA clubs, we feel we can elevate the level of our expanded DA Player pools and the DPL platform will rival any other opportunities for players to succeed. High school soccer is allowed for players in the DPL.
Florida National Premier & Local Leagues – Weston FC Premier Black and White
Our Weston FC Premier teams will compete in the Florida National Premier League and/or the local SFUYSA leagues.
U09-U12
Please welcome Amanda Aldridge as our U09-U12 Girls Director. Amanda has a fantastic pedigree in developing young players and laying the foundation for future successes among players. The Florida United Soccer Alliance clubs will all participate in the newly formed U09-U12 Development League.
This club-based league will ensure that all teams from one club will play in the same location on the same day. Standards will be developed and implemented by the participating club directors and will meet Development Academy criteria adjusted to the U09-U12 age groups.
