Financial Aid Application
Weston FC, a nonprofit organization, understands the financial limitations of some of its members. To facilitate the payment of its yearly registration fees, Weston FC provides its members with pre-approved payment plans automatically available during registration. However, to those individuals who may be enduring severe financial hardship, Financial Aid may be available.
Each year, the Weston FC Board of Directors sets aside a limited amount of funds destined to provide financial aid to those individuals who are in need assistance with the payment of their applicable registration fees.
The total amount of financial aid funds to be awarded is directly related to the Club’s overall financial budget for the season and may vary from year to year.
Applicants must complete the Financial Aid Application, attach the required supporting documentation and submit to Weston FC for its review and consideration. The Financial Aid Committee will review each application and collectively determine the recipients and amounts to be awarded until the funds are fully depleted.
The Financial Aid awards may only cover up to 50% of the individual applicant’s registration fee depending on the number of qualified applicants and the amount of funds available for distribution. The balance of the registration shall be paid by the family. Payment plans may also be available.
