Step 1: Download the Waiver
You must download, print, sign, & turn in the waiver on the day of your tryout.

ABSOLUTELY NO WALK INS WILL BE PERMITTED. REGISTRATION ONLINE ONLY
- Arrive 30-45 minutes prior to start time to have your temperature taken.
- Turn in your waiver with Club Admin and pick up your tryout number.
- What to wear: White or black shirt.
- Parents must remain in the car during the training sessions.
- No parents are permitted on the fields or on sidewalks.
